Before you contact us please bear the following in mind:

• We cannot diagnose faults without the device in front of us
• We do not dispense repair advice unless you are a customer
• We generally only repair old audio equipment, we don't repair stuff without schematics available, which means if it was made after 2000, unless its replacing pots/ sliders there's probably not much we can do.
• We are based near shrewsbury, I recommend delivery in person, I wouldn't trust parcel force to run a bath let alone deliver vintage synths.
